Stellar introduces a flagship software product called Foiadirect. Stellar is responsible for development of this software application from ground up to cover all aspects of handling of request for public records for municipalities in compliance OF federal and state mandate (Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA). This unique workflow based software is gaining popularity among Massachusetts cities and towns rapidly and establishing itself as a solid product performing all required functions in compliance of all mandated and other requirements.

The Massachusetts Housing Partnership (MHP) ONE loan program receives accolades from Governor Deval Patrick and support from 26 lending institutions. MHP Partnered with Stellar Corporation to develop the web based application being used by the lenders to originate mortgage loans to low- and moderate-income first-time home buyers through MHP's ONE Mortgage Program.
