Alarm Permit System
Stellar’s Alarm Permit System is a fully online solution that allows the alarm permit holders to register online and apply for new alarm permit or edit their current permit form information. During this process they are also able to make payment online and submit their application online.

Hosted System and No Infrastructure investment by town
Stellar’s Alarm Permit Form utilizes a cloud service approach, which allows municipalities to connect to the system using a web browser. No infrastructure investment is required in terms of hardware or software.

Strong Reporting
Many standard reports are available to help town users. Custom reports can also be created per requirements. Authorized municipal users have download access to (Excel Report) to all data at any time. Stellar will create any additional report if the report deem helpful to the application.

Custom Notification
Stellar’s unique notification system allows towns to generate automated notices and letters which can be created and mailed in bulk. If the customers have email addresses, then letters can be replaced with bulk email service eliminating cost of mailing of letters. History of all communications such as letters and emails are kept in the system for future viewing.

Reasonable Cost
Stellar is keenly aware of town budget constraints and a reasonable pricing structure has been established.The pricing structure includes:
  • Base Cost – There is a monthly subscription cost Alarm Permit.
  • Set up cost - Onetime set up fee will be charged to work with the town IT department to migrate all current data, integrate Alarm Permit Form with the town web site, email integration and payment integration with payment gateway company currently being used by town.
