Learn:
Through a collaborative process of meetings, documentation, presentations and
feedback with the client, our team gathers data needed to understand business

Design:
Design of the application is based on the requirements and affirmed by
prototype demonstrations, design documents, meetings and feedback.
Develop:
Developers at Stellar work on the application based on the design while
updating the client with regular project meetings. Throughout the development
phase emphasis is given on constant client interaction. At all
stages client stakeholders are provided with the screens and reports
under development and feedback collected from them. Side-by-side client's IT
team is provided with code reviews, database design and impact analysis to
existing systems, if any.
Test:
Unit and Integration testing with proper bug tracking and reporting are
followed by Regression testing. Only then is the Application made available for
Client Testing.
Implement:
Implementation is done by Stellar's deployment team by working side-by-side
with client's IT department. This is performed either at the client's site or
through the client's secure VPN connection.
Training and Technology Transfer:
We believe in effective technology transfer and training individuals or groups
of users to become proficient in the new technology with manuals and inclusive
instructions. Note that our constant interaction with clients during
development reduces the time for technology transfer and training.

Any change in the application is acted on immediately to minimize the impact of
