The Massachusetts Department of Revenue has launched an Internet portal for information exchange between the state and the cities/towns. This portal mainly handles property tax rate calculations and approvals, city/town local aid, various municipal financial data transfers etc. This “Gateway” portal was designed, developed and implemented by Stellar and is a successful eGovernment application with high usage.

The Massachusetts Division of Local Services has also launched a Local Officials Directory of all municipalities with personnel and positions data. The system was designed, developed and implemented by Stellar. This is widely used by state agencies and public.
