Stellar’s Municipal Experience
Stellar has been associated with Massachusetts municipalities in many ways over the years. For Massachusetts Department of Local Service (DLS), Stellar created Local Officials Directory, been part of creation of highly used DLS-Gateway application. Stellar has also been part of Section 8 housing Waiting List Application, where the combined waiting list solution developed by Stellar addresses the needs of individual communities.

With such familiarities with local communities in mind, Stellar has created a comprehensive Dog License application, which addresses ALL needs of communities’ efforts to maintain dog licenses of a town. All work including form submission, review, approval, work flow maintenance are online with focus of significant savings in effort and cost for town officials.
